Long-term: Club disbanded. Team reforms somewhere in the non-league structure à la AFC Wimbledon.

What can be done to avoid this?

I think they will be the team to beat villa to second. We will be down by then so are we going to follow what they did at Blackburn and want Fulham to win or are we going to roar on the team to beat Fulham and promote villa. Me the latter, I hope no Blues fan ever sinks to their depths.

Matty, agree wee baz ( what a player) was his equal in midfield but jack has that star quality and without his injuries would now have 80 caps!
