I think I'd have waited till the summer, I don't think he's going to have team falling over themselves to get him...
On the 29th September last year, Steve was appointed as Blues manager replacing Harry Redknapp. There has been murmurings of whether he is up to the task or not. Some are still saying he isn't and we should replace him. Since Steve took over the reigns, we have played 21 Read More

Have the well travelled folk on here got any hidden gems in or around a short-ish commute from London's West End? Looking at booking a show up for the missus' birthday and spending the night down in The Smoke, a basic, clean, tidy room for the night, brekko etc not required. I've checked out the normal Travel Lodge, Holiday Inn type options but they're either a fair old distance out or fully booked up.
Cheers.

I always take a pillow when i stay in these places, theyre all over the world chains so i am sure one pillow wont hurt when they have rooms filled with spare pillows. I have now pillowed my entire flat in birmingham, my parents house and my rented accomodation in bristol. Читать дальше...

It's my wife's birthday (it happens every year) on July 28th - she loves Andrea Bocelli, which I thought was a pasta dish, but he's giving a concert in Tuscany on her birthday. I'm not very good on this sort of thing, not being all that bothered about travel in the past, apart from driving down to France and back, so I don't know what I'm doing.
I wanted to buy tickets and then sort a hotel and flights there. I might try and surprise her and go down to France first, she'll join me and we'll drive to Tuscany. Читать дальше...
