If we can't afford to sack him and the team and fans seem to have lost faith in him and the tactics clearly aren't working. Is sticking him on gardening leave and just get him away for the club. See who out of the backroom staff Paul Groves, Paul Williams or Graham Beales, can or want to step up and see if they can save our season or at least put some passion back into the team.

No - far from it. We actually have decent players but unfortunately made poor choices regarding managers. No army can succeed without a strong general, and this club hasn’t had that much over the last 7 years.

This is going against my previous views but.......

I do actually think we need to go down to league 1 and start again, like the Barry Fry days to try and get the feel good factor back again.

Clear all coaching staff and staff linked to the team. Cut our losses on the majority of the players just to help with the clean slate. Blood a handful of youngsters into the first team and put them with the likes of Vassell and Adams (which should be out front 2 next season).

Has any manager ever been as hated by both sets of fans in one game?
I can see as soon as we go a goal down( which we will) our away support will turn and Notts forest will join in as a puss take and seriously because they hate him s well!!
