Got the game on, Rakitic just scored a pearler for 5-2. I was down St Andrews yesterday and comparing the two matches, it's difficult to say we play the same sport...
So yeah with that in mind, what's the best performance you've seen from a Blues team? Not just the biggest scoreline. I remember Millwall away in 2011/12 we absolutely annihilated them, 6-0 in the end. Couldn't believe what I was seeing. That was a really beautiful season for many reasons.
It has today been confirmed that Diego Fabbrini has left Blues and joined Romanian clubFC Botoanias a free agent. Fabbrini is the latest of Garry Monk's 'bomb squad' to leave the club. Following Greg Stewart, Jonathan Grounds andNicolai Brock-Madsen. Meanwhile it appears bothDavid Stockdale and Toma

I've often wondered whether we all hate the same people in football, and why.
For me, it's people like Simon Jordan, Jack Grealish, Gabby Abonglahor, Lloyd Dyer, Dion Dublin - people who either publicly hate us, are greasy little shites, or tend to score against us even though they're an utter talent void.
Ex-staff like Gianfranco Zola and Steve Cotterill also feature - largely because they were shite and took us to the brink of relegation. The latter moreso, as he couldn't see he was woeful. Читать дальше...

The Blues Manager says there are plenty of positives to be taken from the opening six league matches. And Garry Monk stresses that he, his staff and the players are at the start of a 'journey' to try and 'build something strong again'.Blues have drawn four of the initial six games in the EFL, having

Retiring after next week's test
Might not be as good as a few years ago but still one of the best we have so can't see us putting up much of a fight against tough sides going forward anytime soon
Today’s referee in my opinion had a shocking 90 mins so bad that I felt he could have cost us the game.
The Juke was getting mauled by their defenders and the officials ignored it time and time again and Maghoma’s yellow card never was, poor decision making and was conned constantly by the opposition players.
Not really a surprise quite a lot of the officials at this level aren’t very good.

I don't think that performance is symptomatic....of anything too concerning.
They set up to not let us play our game. It worked. It won't happen too often, because most teams will think they can get at us.

Surely they came up with Holte Enders in the Sky. The greatest football anthem ever.

Its safe to say the EFL are not the most popular people with Blues fans right now, judging by social media. Ive seen everything from calls for the EFL to explain the constraints they have placed against Birmingham City to demands for the Blues Trust to hold the EFL to account.

Think Maclaren played us at our game, pressed and gave us no time on the Ball. The ball spent so much time in the air my neck was aching! It was a dreadful game but at least a clean sheet and a point, we could have easily come away with nothing. We will have more chance against the Boggies but we have to shackle Gayle!
