Neighbours fence blown down a bit and have asked me to fix it.
It is our boundary liability but they put the fence up about 10 years ago when they had a conservatory put in.
Thing is her husband did the dirty and hopped it a few weeks ago - she is very nice and a bad state at the moment.
So I am inclined to get the fence patched up. But- if I do does this mean I will be accepting future liability for it?
