Are we in for another 1986 too 2001 again I can’t help but think history is “now” repeating itself but then I look at the like of Sheffield Wednesday notts forest etc etc where it’s been 20 years for them in the big time,I know we are blues and we just “crack on” with all the nonsense etc etc but the way things are being “run by certain people” I reckon it’s worse than the Wheldon kumaur era as the problem then was just money of which we had feck all of....now it’s strange as we are not completely... Mate, half of our supporters never want us to be promoted, in fact a fair few would be happy to see us relegated so that they can do some new grounds.

We're going to be here for years and years and a lot of people are perfectly happy with that, so get used to it.

o2 charged my mrs 140 something quid over on her phone bill. They have admitted their mistake and said they will pay back the money 3 - 5 working days.

She phoned today because - naturally - no money arrived and now they've told her it's another 7-10 working days ????.

Amazes me how quick they can take money but about 200 hoops have to be jumped through before you get yours back.

Does she have any grounds whatsoever to tell them to shove it, legally and cancel?

Not really, could barely stand up when they nicked him - came out with a load of bollocks about having asthma and pleaded not-guilty at previous hearing.

Had he gone guilty straight away he would likely not have been jailed.

As it is, judge is entitled to think he's taking the piss (pun intended) and try to play the "Do you know who I am" card.

Plus, he's a knobber.

Yeah, that was Darren Purse's debut and he looked horrendous. Turned out alright though.

Edit - actually, when I think about it I reckon all three of their goals that night were absolute belters.

They were great goals and the 14 fans they brought were running around the Railway End celebrating. We had played Sheff United on TV two days earlier and beat them but had run ourselves ragged. We were leggy come the Bury game.

Messenger problem (no replies)

Had my Facebook account hacked a few weeks ago. Several friends reported it, Facewbook closed the rogue account and I changed my password. Facebook has been OK since then.

Messenger is causing problems now. In particular, Quiz Planet won't load - says 0% loaded and stays like that.

Is there something I need to do to activate it again?

Still get Messenger messages on my phone. Problem seems to be just with my laptop.

2nd of 2 tech queries.

Mrs Turbid's laptop is a bit cack but has a particular fundamental issue that I'd like to resolve for a bit of peace and quiet.

There are three user profiles on the laptop - me, and two for her. The main user profile we would either like to delete and/or re-assign to her second profile or (what might actually be better) change the name of (when it was set up her name was spelt wrong and you wouldn't believe the aggro... I need some help with my wifi network at home. I have a relatively large single floor apartment with one modem and three routers to give wifi coverage throughout. As far as I can understand they are set up in a chain (Modem, Router 1 Gueast bedroom, Router 2 office, Router 3 living room). One of the highest wage bills in the Championship last season and finished nowhere near the top.

I agree on the whole though, didn’t see that particular study but generally speaking the teams that spend the most do finish top 6 more often than not

I’m browsing on Safari on an iPhone X and frequently SHA freezes - I can scroll up and down fine but nothing I click responds. Aside from advert banners.

I’d like to preface this by saying that I’ve currently got an iPhone X which I really enjoy but I feel Like a change before I go on holiday and after some research I found I could get potentially get more for my money from an android phone.

I am not too restrained by budget and have narrowed myself down to these three options.

Mate 20 Pro. Lovely looking devise with a massive battery. I love the look of the camera. Current price £499 which I feel is excellent value.

It was my thought too.

I had both at one stage, IOS was miles better, BUT, the Limited capacity is a pin, presumably that isn’t an issue with the X.

The connectivity between devices is a pain too. Trying to move pics from iPhone to a windows laptop is awful (which is needed to open capacity)

If anyone has an idea for that, I’m all ears

Na mate first game I went to was blues v wolves 84/85 I think.we won 1-0 with a David Geddis toe poke from the edge of the 18 yard box if my memory serves me right.
