Well us fans weren't aware of it, so I'd class it as 'news'.
I don't how when we sold Adams has anything to do with it. The charge does not centre around whether or not we sold Adams.
We should have been in line with the business plan by Jan 2019 and weren't, so being charged in May 2019 isn't nonsensical.
What is, as Jim has said, is that an offence committed in Jan 2019 could have been looked at in March 2019 when we first went up before a commission.

Anyone know anyone, or indeed is someone, who can fix a fridge in the B31 area (that’s Longbridge/Northfield area).
My missis’s fridge and freezer seems to have given up the ghost. Turns on, light is on, but no real coldness.
The freezer feels like there is some coldness going on but not enough.
Hoping she doesn’t have to buy a new one!
