Re: Hogan Injury

You are assuming Mrabti is fit to start?
In any case, replacing Hogan with Mrabti is by no means a like-for-like swap.

They’ve already confirmed that there’s a third fight in the contract whoever wins.
Anyone know a bloke called Kev with a brown lorry (mini crane on the back) with Blues badges painted on the front? An unexpected and welcome sight when I popped out at lunchtime in Twickenham on Monday. Seemed like a nice bloke.

Go on then I'll be first, anyone selling two tickets let me know ????
I was waiting for them to go on sale at 1pm but sold out well before that, gutted.
Just wondered if anyone else off here is doing this on the 28th March, for the Geoff Horsefield homeless charity?
Does he still go down the Blues?
Anyone heard from him lately?
Heard on Talksport this morning he was close to joining us when Barry Fry was in charge. Crazy the signings we missed out on over these years
Guess there is also the same element when it comes to the front rows of the Gil Merrick and Tilton stands where two rows are roped off sale to help prevent pitch incursions. We've had that situation for a few seasons now which is why 28'000 (oops 28,000) seems to be the most we can get in the ground anymore even though the capacity is officially 29,440 since they removed a couple of rows at the back of the Tilton and created more room for disabled seating at both ends of the ground, cutting capacity from it's 1999 level 30,006.

Very interesting debate, I spoke to a mate of mine who’s a long suffering Leeds fan, we were discussing the Red Bull situation and would either of us welcome that franchise buying our clubs and building them into a corporate and football machine, they have done so with RB Salzburg and obviously RB Leipzig.
The thing I found interested when I delved into it was it’s not just a rebranding initiative, they actually have a brilliant structure in place, they seem to go along the lines of a Brentford... Читать дальше...

There's been lots of muted celebrations from fans and players who are in doubt as to whether a goal will stand. The fans and players don't stand there silent, but they're hesitant.
Didn’t he get run over by a coach at an away game (can’t recall which - possibly Bolton)? In fact I can’t recall if I’ve just dreamt that up actually?!

Does anyone know what happened to Wolfy? I have so many fond memories of his antics at games.

Oh yeah, dur. I'll get me coat.
In the Southamptom v Burnley game on Saturday, Burnley took a corner that the wind blew into the Southampton goal.
As it was on its way in, a Saints defender backed off from touching it. But as you can't score an own goal from a corner, shouldn't he have deliberately helped it in?
In fact, why don't players whack dangerous corner balls into their net to avoid conceding - or as a cunning ruse to outwit the attacking side?
Just saying.
Looks likely
Doh !
I can't help but think of 'the nutter in the paddock'.
Always had a plastic bag with him as well. I recall Noel Blake stopping to argue with him
