Hi, I really dont know if anyone can help me, but I am not sure who or where else to ask. I have been told that a great uncle of mine played for the Small Heath football team, possibly in the late 19th century sometime. I havent been able to find any records of this, so was hoping that someone may know where I could find anything out about him. His name was apparently Frank Weedman, but I am afraid I know no more than that. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would be so grateful. Читать дальше...

Remember united game was postponed because of massive snow fall on the friday, was at the 2-2 on the tuesday night. 52,000 and the tilton standing firm as united attempted a takeover. Awesome night along with the Arsenal and Shef Wed games.
Was only 9/10 years old back then but with pals all the same age on the bus from Northfield. That would never happen nowadays.

Remember discussing similar type questions back in the day.

In our case - for the blokes it was 'Would you face a full over from a top speed Bob Willis without wearing a box'?

For the girls...Would you appear on page 3 of the Sun if you could put a bag over your head?

Answers were generally lads no, lasses yes.

Stepdaughter has the BMW - which is clever in that it has an electric motor that has a 200 mile range, and a small auxiliary petrol one that'll do about 50 miles to get to you to the next charging point. Took advantage of the govt grant to get charging point at home, and is lucky enough to have a charging point at work too.

Very quiet, very economical, cheap to insure and no road tax.

Regards tomorrow. A win would be great to maintain our momentum, and any consequences for their manager are down to him, and their slump since Christmas/‘expectations’...

However, a positive memory - late 60s, post 68 semi- was an FAC 4th Round replay with the top flight Owls... Drew 2-2 at Hillsborough, & didn’t go to the night match replay. I wonder if this is something to do with Jeremie Bela. Judging from Instagram they seem to have become quite close; I know the thought with Keita was that he didn't really fit in. I wonder if making a friend has helped kick him on a bit.

I think its got half a chance of being in the frame (first 2) against the top 2 in the market carrying penalties. If it wins it shouldnt get a penalty, as its blues!!
