I find it irritating.

You have them being very 'right on' with the BLM features as they go to the break and with them championing Marcus Rashford (fair enough) for feeding the working class kids.

But they're also quite happy with PPV Premier League and charging customers £24.95 on top of subscription for a boxing match in an empty arena.

There's something very hypocritical beneath the surface.

Time to practise what you're happy preaching.

Yeah, because he was creating the chance to get some end product for others.

Third most assists, barely played, when he did he was out of position.

He's the best crosser of the ball we've got still now.

We're about to sign another creative type, he won't work either, we don't ever try to use them properly.

I've been lucky because there's never been any talk of furlough/job losses at my place so I've just been WFH every day since March. My employers haven't put a foot wrong so far.

Having said that, I did burn out a couple of weeks ago because, other than a week off in August for a holiday in Somerset (which, with autistic kids, came with its own stresses and we had to cut the holiday short), I'd only taken the odd day off here and there.

I'm not someone who clangs for us to play 442, nor am I someone who prefers dull and turgid footbal

I'm someone who wants to believe in Karanka's three year plan, but not sure if I'll be able to. But, I'll defend him for now. However, especially if we get this Halilovic guy, surely we have the players now to at least play in a more front-foot way, if not take games to even good teams.

But AK has sorted out our defensive woes of last season through either a back 5 or 4 but with 2 defensive midfielders and wide players playing much deeper. Are we conceding less because of a reluctance to play offensive football rather than a making our defenders play better.

Besides. Excluding the disaster of post lockdown we were not THAT bad. The issue was between Pep and our captain they couldn’t defend set pieces for toffee. Getting some structure on and off the pitch was always going to help us improve that facet.
