We played Hibs in Edinburgh a few years ago.
I had a good weekend, but Blues were awful.

Yeah
Great weekend apart from the match
Love Edinburgh I still regret going to the game. We discussed staying on the beer. We didn’t and got wet getting a cab to the ground. Atleast on the way back we broke out of the police escort and got back in the pub sharpish

My guess it’s taken from Kop side (hence slope towards Railway End/Digbeth), with Tilton to the right and Main Stand opposite. The ‘spire’ you mention was on top of the old school building over the road from The Royal George (now a religious school), but has since been lopped off and the tower covered with flat panelling. The spire is still there on some of the older Main Stand photos taken from the Kop side.

Formerly Tilton Road School. My dad went there in the early 50’s.

The last few days have been very successful for Birmingham Citys Academy. After the under-18s were narrowly beaten in the playoff semi-final on May 15, the under-23s won their playoff final on Monday and to cap it all it has been confirmed that the Academy has granted Category 1 status on Tuesday af

Really excited about this. We’ve had a good academy for a long time now, but we’ve taken it to the next step, this could be the thing that sorts our finances out. Like Brentford, unearth gems, sell for big money and get other gems while also competing at the top

I don't think Jesus is that fussed either.

No, he prefers Guardiola.

Not a transfer rumour but an unlikely callup

"The forward has been to Chile once, when he was one."

At least he's got some experience to draw on.

John Gayle scored two crackers in the Leland Daf Final.

First football trip to Wembley, great memories.

This was the last game I took my wheelchair bound old man to before MND completely took away his mobility. Blues had quickly sold out/allocated their share of spaces in the disability zones and I couldn’t get him a ticket from anyway where. In desperation I wrote to Tranmere to see if they could help. Before I knew it, they sent us two complimentary tickets and a nice note hoping we had a good day. On the day we were able to access the Blues section of the disability zone just under the royal box. England squad delayed (79 replies)

Small Heath Alliance

He’s going to name a big squad tomorrow and finalise it on June 1.

But what made me utterly LOL is SSN saying that Grealish now having recovered from his shin injury must be making a strong case for inclusion.

BUT

Jesse Lingard, who’s had a brilliant spell for those cockney wonkers, “may not have done enough”.
