It's a absolute joke mate. 24 hours notice to claim a refund and if I want to cancel my ticket the other 3 have to give up their tickets and reapply!!
I'm sorry but I don't want to jump through hoops and take part in some experiment. I should have the option to ask for a refund whilst the other 3 can make up their own mind.
