On match day if i dont travel on the train I sometimes park in a road that is now restricted by the Council known as the Digbeth restricted parking zone which I understand came into being in November last year. I believe you can pay by phone for a maximum of 4 hours, but I'm unable to find the cost. Can anyone enlighten me and also if it applies at weekends and evenings.
