If you do not update your account details by the specified deadline, your ability to manage listings and sell on eBay will be restricted.
So my mom’s eBay account just got randomly permanently suspended with no right to appeal. The email was very blunt without much explanation but just drilled home that it was final.
What’s concerning is that she recently just sold and posted 4 items that totalled about £1700 after fees that was yet to be directed to her bank account. Our worry now is that they do not pay out this money?
Has anyone experienced similar, or any idea on her rights?
