If you mean a recliner bed, they do come separate and of course their is 2 separate mattresses, these are quite expensive and I’m sure we had to wait a bit of time for them.
We got ours from Dreams and delivered and fitted it. We mainly brought it for the tv, but on the rare occasion I watch tv I find my back starts getting a bit sore.
I find the bed/mattress very comfortable.

My wife has MS and we have decided that it would be a good idea to get an adjustable bed. Does any one have or used one or have any recommendations as there are loads of options out there.
Will be king or super king size split so that both sides can be operated independently as this will help her getting in and out of the bed without disturbing each other.
