My poor old brother is 75 (his first Blues season ticket cost 20 guineas) and is suffering from chronic joint pain in his legs and back that nothing seems to hit properly.

He wants to try CBD oil, but is put off by the sundry freaks, charlatans, and snake oil salesmen that seem to infest the supply industry for this stuff.

Can anyone on here please suggest a decent supplier of **good quality** CBD Oil products, and the best method of use? Is it rub on salves or oral capsules? Читать дальше...

I know a few people on here enjoy their podcasts, they’ve put a great one out with Keith Treacey, says that we tried signing him a few times. Fair play to him for overcoming his drink issues too.

Not being funny like...pound for pound one of the worst teams I've seen come to Blues in a long time.

I'm perfectly well aware that Blues ain't great. I'm a realist. And I'm married to a woman from an Albion family who are decent people so I've got mo axe to grind... But Jaysus, they were awful.

Humped it. Launched it. Dived. Whinged non-stop. Showed no quality whatsoever.

Surely all that money spent should make the better than that?

Still. Sod 'em.

Yeah, I can’t be too harsh on Hogan, he did an awful lot of work yesterday. He needs to be of balls into the box not putting them in

It was pretty poor when he got half through and gave the ball up easy but that was the worst thing he did.

For the rest of the game he chased, moved and created a bit of space. Just a shame he didn’t get a chance

I have to say again, Gary Gardner was excellent. Certainly improved since his ban

I'm taking my mom to Bristol Airport on Wednesday. She needs to be there at 8am (flight is at 10am but she's not very mobile so extra time needed rather than rushing her).

I'm dreading driving down the M5 and via Bristol at that time in the morning - guessing every which way will be very busy ????

I wonder whether it would be better to get off at jct 18 or 19. As it's near Ashton Gate, I'm hoping I might get advice on here (although I appreciate kick off times are better than the time I will be travelling)?

I'm thinking he means the right lane as you go off at the slip road? Although Google says middle lane ???? Maybe the left lane on the slip road gets backed up? I'm not brave enough to bypass the queue and push in further along

Player in there. Tall, quick, seems to have a good positional sense. Bulk up a bit and who knows, could have a decent defender.

And that’s not including the blocks in the kop and above the away fans. Only club in the country who does this.

I assume it's a knock on from crowd trouble and the Paul Mitchell thing.

We had to sign up to an agreed plan with the FA because of our issues. This is probably part of that. Having huge gaps in the GM would have made no difference to the mitchell incident. Trouble isn’t only associated with Blues but plenty of other clubs face no restrictions.
