Was it on here that I read he's involved in our takeover?
If so, does the person who said this know what capacity he's involved? Just watching Full Swing and he popped up, didn't realise he held such a key position on the PGA Tour.
If someone like this is actually part of our consortium it's really proper.
I may have got the wrong end of the stick, apologies if so.
Why is there a disproportionate amount of Womens Football on TV these days? Everyday theres some mention of it somewhere but its getting ridiculous now. I feel sorry for other Womens sports who've been around alot longer and have built up good tradition over plenty of years.

Please tell me this is your attempt at being funny.

I have just responded to an email he sent me chasing up on an issue i had raised, it is 6.45 on sunday night and he has responded back, clearly not at work but still picking up his work emails.
Bit of a double edged sword though perhaps - is it right that staff (on minimum wage?) are maybe feeling obliged to work on Sunday evenings? Surely a well run ticket office would be able to answer queries (quickly) within office hours.
Just back and wow those last 3 wickets was a struggle but you have to say fair play to the 3 Kent men for putting up such a dogged battle they could have easily just threw the bat and hoped for the best but didn’t and sat in and held us up and we was holding our breath when it got to the last hour and the runs got down to 50 , and the rain coming down as well which( wasn’t forcast at all didn't help but the bowlers didnt panic and got the wickets in the end it doesn’t matter when you get them as... Formerly of Khan and Bell, The Institute "Kipper Club" and the Tin Can Club. He was a well known figure in the Birmingham Alternative Scene, was in Duran Duran Videos and a regular visitor when I had the Barrel Organ. A lovely larger than life character, passed away yesterday after a short illness. RIP
Good 2-4 victory at Palace. Probably too little too late.
Wheres it come from and its getting on my frigging nerves because it keeps getting in the way of the pages. For example if a thread has 2 pages its practically right on top of he page numbers and its nigh on impossible to get to the next page.
Don't get it on mobile or pc ????♂️ I'm on chrome and run an adblocker though.
Didnt know his mom was born here and he classes himself a brummie.

Are you sure it wasn’t a Gubba lookalike?
Their guitarist died recently too. Odd coincidence.
Bottling it. Absolutely bottling it.

Surely every one who doesn't support Spurs wants Arsenal to win the Premier league.
Man City looking invincible on the pitch and off, it's quite depressing
For all of us oldies on here, Cliff Fish was a guitarist and singer with Paper Lace in the early 70's, Billy Don't Be A Hero and The Night Chicago Died being two of their biggest hits.

Hi all,
I have been living abroad for about 5 years now, and haven't been to an away game in all of that period.
But hopefully the cov fixture will hopefully end that. In your view, will it go to general sale? I notice we've been given quite a lot of tickets!!
If not, I'd really appreciate a reference number. Prepared to pay for it as well.
Thanks in advance. Kro

Not a good example at all. Doesn’t their owner make his money from gambling?
Brentford also have astronomical debts. Not sure about Southampton
Luton and Millwall, two clubs who between them don’t have a pot to piss in, seem to prove the opposite. A bunch of mediocre players, probably on ‘low wages, push for promotion, whilst clubs with big wage bills struggle.
Sometimes good organisation, is worth more than money
Just adding to previous threads as we think about the sort of club we could be under new ownership. There’s some great examples of how to deliver sustainable success on relatively low levels of investment - Brighton, Brentford, Southampton (under previous ownership) to name a few.
From what I can tell, these are some of the consistent themes;
- be clear on who they are, and what their vision is for the club
- have a proper, long term plan that will enable sustainable success... Читать дальше...
