Dusseldorf are charging nothing next season. They want to fill the ground and emotionalise the experience.
They've only been getting 29000 in as they languish in division 2, the poor buggers

Kind of hoping we can look to pay up his contract
Completely agree
We will all have fond memories of the place but a moves a good option as long as we stay in “town”
Are they still a popular thing for people to visit on a weekend morning, just thought I would ask before I hand over my hard earned 5 or 10 quid to go and sell.
Asking as about to have a clear out and notice that now its spring time many are back up and running again.
Obviously going to wait until its warmer as I dont fancy being up early then freezing my nuts off for a few hours.
Gosh, is that still going? My aunt and uncle used to have a cottage around the corner from the original site (think it moved?) - I remember it being massive.
RIP. 79.

Brassed Off was one of my all time favourite films
That scene when they have travelled to the competition and are all getting wrecked before trying to play….hilarious

If you decide not to go, which I also advise, I would personally suggest that you sit with your 5 year old and tell them that won't be going, ensuring them that it isn't because of them, or your other child.
Obviously you don't have to go into details with them, just leave it with them being excited to be going on holiday with Mommy and Nanny
As a Dad of 2 young children myself, I can't imagine the stress you are going through and you seem like a Dad who has his kids best interests at heart. Читать дальше...
Over the past 4 years, Blues academy is the 3rd most "successful". Not sure is that's both PL and EFL, defo EFL though.
I'm going away soon and need book recommendations. I usually just take music/football biogs/treatises but I'm looking to broaden my horizons.
So any genre, fact or fiction, any subject, just drop a book down that you have read recently and think anyone could and probably should read it because its so good.
Cheers for any sensible replies, or any non sensible ones that are funny.
Always talk of how we need to develop the academy. This article talks about the downsides for the players that are left on the wayside.
One eye opening stat - Of the 1.5m children playing organised youth football, only 180 will make it as a premier league player.

Myself and a few friends and clients measure our life expectancy in terms of World Cups we will hope to see in our remaining years. I am 66 and my expentancy is 3 more with a goal of 4. It can also be applied to people you may see/meet i.e he doesnt look great ill give him 2 World Cups at a push. Its great fun!

You're the second person I've seen on here wanting Reading to stay up because of their financial issues.
Are we really still in that position of desperation where we depend on deductions to stay up?
I see us getting mid table next year.
I'd love Reading to get relegated and start on minus points in league 1

I know you shouldn’t believe everything you read but on Twitter someone has said “the terms of the deal have changed and the whole things off”
I’m looking for a bridge to jump off. If true
