A bit of advice if possible
I only have a bet on the horses once a year, on The Grand National.
This year I used my debit card to place the bet and was told that any winnings would go back into my bank account automatically.
As it happened I backed first and second.
I'm still waiting for the winnings to be paid back into my account, is this sort of delay normal?
