IF the current form, results, and style of play continue. I can't believe the owners will stick with Rooney.
So, the question is will they go for another high profile name E.G Lampard or Gerrard.
Or will they go for a manager that has made a name by being successful?

I doubt he'll be there long enough for that. He's not a football manager and the end result is kind of inevitable really.
I cant think of one player that was a regular earlier in the season,that does not look worse now than then.
Whether it's because of where or how they are playing. In 8 games we have gone from a team that looked more than the sum of its parts, to a shambles.
From one of the best defences to one of the worst.From a positive to a negative goal difference.
And a manager whose post match interview is often based on the players aren't good enough.
This is a really good point. I'd say JJ is a better player but that isnt through anything Rooney has done

I can't see where the next win is coming from based on our current form.
Really hope I'm wrong, as I don't want yet another relegation battle, but at the moment I cannot see us picking up more than 5-10 points out of 30.

Looks a decent draw for England we have Denmark, Slovenia and Serbia in our group and our three matches in the group stages will be played on

Said we were fortunate to get a draw and he has told the players to stop trying to play it out from the back as they aren't good enough for it and to be more direct.
To be honest I didn't disagree with much Rooney said in the interview, the question is how does he sort it out?
It was interesting that in Lee Buchanan's interview played before Rooney's he said "the players have to take responsibility", and for me that was the main issue today, too many players went hiding, you saw the difference when Jordan James came on, took the game by the scruff of the neck and tried to make things happen, others didn't.
We just don’t create chances at all. Meaning he has to feed on scraps. Not helped when the final ball is so poor as well. Tbf to Rooney we had that problem under John 'DvB' Useless as well.
If you could change/implement anything realistically on the pitch that you feel could push this team forward, what would it be?
For me, it would be -
1. Build the team around Jordan James. He quite simply needs to be at the heart of this midfield. For me, he gets involved in those couple of breaks we had finds a decent pass

So another player that has regressed under Rooney. Add him to the list that includes Ruddy, Sanderson, Bielik,Longelo, Sunjic and Myoshi
