One massive thing that sticks out is how slow we look compared to other teams. Is it lack of effort or are the players just tortoises.
By the way that’s one of many things but it’s something that seems so apparent.

I had a boss at a place i worked some years ago who was very poor at man management.
He used to criticise me in front of everyone else, repeat that criticism of me in company newsletters, and put it on the internet.
He even once said i was a coward - yet i was doing my best, he was just very poor at training me to do my job properly
