Nah. Maybe if he was actually at the game, but he's very much a fair weather fan.
Do you think he will be in shock when he sees & hears a long slow rendition of Keep Right On roaring out through Blues TV tomorrow ??
I came across this vlog or whatever it's called from a Sunderland fan, found it to be very honest, seems they are missing mowbray and disliking speakman.
Love his prediction and hope it's right
There's more than on way to skin a cat, and to play the way England play you have to have put in the hard yards your whole career to have those skills. India and Aus don't play the way England do , and are arguably better.
However, the way England play is by far the most entertaining and it's that which can save test cricket. You just can't play this way all the time. And I hope Root doesn't.

You really don't have to have given this site or the Blues very much attention at all to know basics of what's gone on with the ground since the Tom Tom club took over.
I didn't see Thongs' post as mockery myself. I saw it as him just revelling in the fact that we've got fans coming who aren't over-familiar with the current state of affairs. It's there to be enjoyed.

Or perhaps just doesn't want to call him terrible when he clearly has a role he can play in certain games and situations. Not one of our best midfielders in possession by a long stretch, but his work rate off the ball is second to none in our side
