I feel selfish for being so disappointed in a way. But I shouldn’t as it’s not him missing from leading the team I’m gutted by, it’s because I genuinely think he’s one of the good guys of football. Have rated him for years

Now we need our own call to arms. Our manager, who seems such a brilliant human being whilst also being a cracking manager needs to feel our lurve.
Fill it, sing his name, let him know how we feel. it can only help the bloke and his family. we can do this.
Get it out on social media, call all the faithful again.

We have had Saturday and I assume the one before Christmas for the ‘buy one get one half price’ (I think it was) counts. Have we done 2 others?
This debate has already taken place once this season and I was quite ambivalent towards it but yesterday,in front of a full house, I wasn't entirely comfortable with the announcer goading the fans into producing it. At certain times, it looks just like we're laughing at foreign sounding names.
I'm not saying we shouldn't do it, I just think it shouldn't appear so orchestrated. It's not a good look.

There seems to have been a lot of 'firsts' for people who attended the match yesterday. First time they'd seen a pint for over a fiver, first time they'd heard this tune...or that tune, first time they've heard fervently sung version of KRO, not to mention the first time with claps...first time they've ever seen one football fan hit another, first time they've had to queue to get out of a car park at a football match.
It's like we've been transported from parks football to professional football overnight. Читать дальше...
