In the cold light of day

I have just watched it on the championship highlights just to make sure. And I know it didnt effect the result, but that hast to be the harshest penalty i have seen given for a long time. The ball moves at most 2 foot from strikers chest to hand (if it did actually hit it) The ref seemed to be the only person in the ground who thought it was a penalty.
