It's just an report on some young british/irish players that an daily mail reporter suggesting Man Utd may look to buy under the new ownership. Stating that the club are seeking "homegrown talents as part of a new strategy designed to propel them back to the pinnacle of English and European football", adding that "United want to appoint a sporting director with knowledge of the domestic market".
