The Minnesota Timberwolves today announced the team has signed guard Mike Conley to a contract extension. Per team policy, the terms of the agreement were not released.  Conley, 36, is in the midst of his 17th season in the NBA, second with the Timberwolves, seeing action in 50 games (all starts), averaging 10.6 points on 44.4% shooting, including a career-best 44.2% from deep, 2.9 rebounds and 6.4 assists in 28.9 minutes per game. Utah Jazz forward Otto Porter Jr. has returned home to evaluate his options for the remainder of the season and will not be with the team Thursday night when the Jazz open the second half of their schedule against the Charlotte Hornets, league sources tell The Athletic. Isaiah Hartenstein returned to the court Thursday night and emphasized that the main goal of victory was accomplished, but he also left the arena with “a little frustration” over his minutes because they strayed from the ramp-up plan, the center told The Post.  Hartenstein, who missed the previous three games with a sore Achilles, totaled fewer than 11 minutes with zero shots in the 110-96 win over the Sixers. Hartenstein told The Post he was supposed to hit a 21-minute mark.
