50-10 last time, be interesting to see how much we can close the gap if at all.

I think we go as strong as possible this week then look to rotate the week after with players like Hampshire Eckersley Douglas Esseh Chan Makin Farrimond Forber Hill making the 17.
I’d also expect Walters to play given his lack of games so far this season as a bit of an audition fitness test for Wembley.

So the only reason we bought them is because Salford were short of money ?? Surely it was because we had identified a lacking in our own team and thought that those two could possibly fit the bill?
Salford may well have jumped at the offer but personal terms with the players would have had to be agreed upon before the players moved, we could have offered 500k each to Salford but unless the players agreed to the move and the terms of their new contracts Salford would... Читать дальше...
I would think that Cartwright will be the one to identify/sign the overseas halfback, second row and centre that we need
Tuimavave off contract and Okunbor likely to be released to give us the quota places

Really happy with this - great fit for us , even Matty Johns had his say saying he will go well and will be good to see a great club like hull back up there - Brisbane fans were worried he would leave straight away and derail their season so he’s well thought of as their defence and middle attack coach

I'd like to think we're already a desirable club for NRL players to come to. Wasn't it Fitzgibbon that recently said he was going to Leeds until one of his old team mates told him Warrington would be better?

Has Tindall had the opportunities he needed? Having seen Roberts play for us and others in the championship he's miles behind Tindall IMO.

Rushton signed a new contract extension till 2027.
Halsall till 2027.
Out of contract this season:
Marsters (Salford next season)
Naiqama
Milner
Yates (Warrington next season?)
Cudjoe
Russell (Wakefield)
Don't think there are any others out of contract!
I don't have a problem with the likes of our captain going if we bring in a player that improves the squad i.e. Jack De Belin BUT why does Watson keep getting rid of quality centres i.e. Wardle, Leutele, and now Marsters (our best player this year.)

I'll be very surprised if Hill and Cooper don't play this weekend also seems like a game to keep Hampshire and Eckersley ticking over

With the wraps Peet continually gives to Farrimond I can't imagine us blocking his pathway with Mikey Lewis. French is tied down long term also. Non starter for me

The Trinity 2024 Tour is giving us some new experiences, that's for sure.
It's a whole new adventure.
With Barrow, Whitehaven and Toulouse plus, Wembley, it's all good fun.
Throw in the old favourites of Odsal and Post Office Road, Mount Pleasant et and its way better than I imagined.

Sinfield should be starting all day every day for this game. He isn’t a kid anymore, he’s 20 in a few months and needs game time ahead of an abject signing that puts his own team under so much pressure. Frawley’s only benefit compared to Sinfield is he may be bigger and have the edge in defence, but every Leeds player will be having to defend better and for longer with Frawley in the team. Picking Sinfield wouldn’t be a brave decision from Smith, it would just be the right decision. If we lose with... Читать дальше...
Is this rumored 17 (from the Cas board) better than our 17, I don't think it is? Think its down to confidence, coaching and effort, why they will probably will win.

Very disappointed in Ese Ese. Our only form prop getting a lengthy ban cos of saying something stupid, what a tool. Club should fine him a weeks wages for every week he's banned

it's not Chris. my point is that Leeds has no longer quite got the automatic pulling power it once had because we're frankly miles off being regular real title and cup challengers and have been for years. Eventually that shows. Of course we're still big enough to attract top talent like Croft and Ackers, but it's not quite what it was. Now with a club like ours given it's size and quality of facilities it should be an easy fix, once we're heading in the right direction then we're back in play

I'd sooner see RL royalty than a politician or one of the actual royals. It would be a useful exercise for the RFL to give final tickets to some influential celebs. There are plenty out there that like RL.
