All vodka is better neat and freezing cold. The powerful hit on the nose that gives you is great, and the better the vodka the more enjoyable. I like Russian Standard Platinum the most but there are many others that I enjoy, and they make better vodka and tonics too. Similarly better gins make better G n Ts. The cheaper standard brands like Gordons are awful without tonic.
