Remember the fixture last year that came before the derby at St.Andrews? We lost 2-0 away at Burton on Sky. Then we turned up a week later, was much the better team and should've won the game had we taken the chances.
Cotterill took over on the back of a 6-1 loss and addressed the issues. He's now got a week to do the same.

What was noticeable last night was the speed and tenacity of Millwalls midfield in closing ours down and winning the ball back time after time. Our midfield were totally deficient in this. The only way,really, to combat this is to have players who can pass the ball quickly and retain possession, making the opposition run their backsides off pointlessly. Then applying the press effectively when we do lose the ball. Need to find the right mix here quickly from the resources we have now. Is Lowe available?
