Decent Armagnac would be my preference but like a whisky too. Tasted malt welsh whisky at Penderyn distillery (near Brecon) a few weeks ago. Talked to one of the guys there and learned 1 drop (literally, just one) of water lifts the flavour incredibly, and why. Try it. It’s good.
