My son went out with a girl who worked at McDonalds, who said the staff would throw McNuggets at each other, get them all over the floor then re-use them.
It's not much better at home. Someone else did a bit of work in a bread factory, who said pretty much no-one handling the pre-packaged bread washed their hands after having a piss.
