The guys who sacked Rowett replaced him with Zola. That decision was fecking stupid and it failed spectacularly. Luckily things moved quickly enough in the background which meant that others were pulling the strings by the end of the season and they had managed to undo a lot of the damage and went back to having a competent manager for the last few games. Yes I agree , but there is no way on this earth anyone can say downing and Ashley Cole are not better then grounds and cotterill . And if what Harry is doing downtown work and we are struggling by say November /December I think the fans will let him no they ain't happy ? But with the signings that's being linked and brought in so far I'd say 90% are quite happy because I am !! Stockdale- Roberts - looks like elphick and downing these 4 alone I'm happy with add a striker to them 4 alone I'd be happy

Charlton away we won 2-1 horsfield and duggary was superb in this game we played some of the best football I'd seen is play in years , savage got the 2 nd goal but in typical blues fashion have away a lateish goal and hung on last 5 mins but was a great game , then I think week later was Southampton game 3-2 which apwas Alan superb !!
