my great uncle finbar from berwick on tweed in scotland passed and left me his beloved kilt and sporran.
he liked the blues,and called us the english rangers.
it arrived today in the post,royal mail recorded 2nd class.
and its a cracker,green tartan,and it fits me perfect.
the sporran is white fur with tassles,made by geoffrey tailors.
so,where the fork can i wear it.
ive allways thought kilts were a bit girly.

Yip, said it for years - also very often do not act in the best interests of their client.
Mark Burchall was a case in point for us, a popular lad on loan and when offered a permanent move initially accepted, but was conned by the agent into backing out to get a better deal elsewhere - deal never materialized and his career went down the crapper.
Many other examples I'm sure.

BBC news earlier...
"Premier League clubs have paid out more than £260m to football agents during 2018-19 - an increase of £49m on the previous 12 months..... "Parasites with no loyalty to club or to the supporters... they have helped to ruin the game.

Don’t like the lemon flavour for a winter ale but a pleasant drink on a hot summers day.
When I used to home brew would stick an orange or a lemon in the brew in the summer and went for a dark malt with half a jar of honey in it in the winter. Never got round to sticking a dead rat in it.
Happy days but I’ve been off the alcohol now for about fifteen years. Fortunately when I do give it a try these days I get a horrible reaction in the head and the stomach. All of my mates from my CAMRA days are dead.

Yeah, problem we had, and I am a part of this, is that this generation of Blues fans have been spoilt, when I first started going to games week in week out and actually knowing what was going on and enjoying the football I was about 9 - Which is about (give or take a season) the same time as the Worthington Cup Final, then we got promoted, and the next 10 years were basically us yo-yo'ing between the Premiership and the Championship - Problem we have is that's the standard by which most of this generation judge the club by... That Pathe newsreel...the crowd..the flat 'ats...the fact we invaded the pitch even back then!!

I don't know the answer to why Hall was dropped for the 58 World Cup squad...there's absolutely nothing in his England playing record that would suggest such a move was justified.

If this is about some sort of fight then no i didn't, football violence is neanderthal behaviour as far as i'm concerned.
