Skills matrix to score each person against
Some may say tailor the scoring criteria to favour the three you want to keep & get rid of the deadwood
But records will show done fairly

Got to help coordinate a process at work where a team of five is being cut to a team of three and two people are gonna get axed.
Anyone been through this kind of shit and got any tips. I am gonna end up managing the three, who I don't at the moment. Not looking forward to it especially as the two who are going will have to serve their notice period under me.
Does my head in, can't get my dog out to pee or dump last thing of night for next 3 months - I'm sure she'd hold it in til January 2nd if I let her!

not saying he wouldn't be, I personally rate him,and like him, but that isn't stopping him leaving.
More arrests per 1000 people. Again
I do use it but cringe a bit once I’ve said it.

True, but when clubs like us can't even be bothered to enter a proper team in it, you could argue the death knell is sounding.
Good to see you being more positive
Ending after this season, as the league & top clubs want to reduce games so the champs league can expand.

Given even we don't bother entering the first team in it these days, you have to wonder how long ours is going to last.
RIP
43 is no age and the way he went not pleasant either, fighter till the end
Rangers said they were "deeply saddened" to be announcing the news of Ricksen's passing.
Bit crap of Rangers criticising his passing at a time like this
He's clearly a good manager. His record was pretty much identical to Lampard's at Derby despite having a much worse team, and as mentioned Stoke have nosedived since he was sacked.
Feck him though.
