The guys position on the ground and the movement of his legs was a factor in the keepers positioning, so he was interfering with play. That being said, if he hadn't been there Everton would have scored, so I get the frustration.

Mrs Collins & I are off to Dubai in May for a week, and have heard people say a visa is needed.

The FCO website only says you’can’ get one on entry and other commercial website seem to contradict each other. Also has anything changed since 31st Jan?

If so how much would they cost & where to get one from?

Whilst I’m disgusted by his assault in Broad Street all those years ago, I’m sure he is, too. Ive been impressed by his behaviour since then.
