The League Cup needs to be shaken up so that it’s taken seriously once more. The same is true of the FA Cup, but to a lesser extent.

Anybody else suffer from panic or anxiety attacks ?
I've never had any issues at all until the last couple of months, where they have started to become a bit of a problem to the point i convince myself i cant breathe etc.
What do people do to try and overcome them ?

I'm working full-time so not a lot has changed for me. It's easier sticking to a routine but there's 3 in the house who aren't and we're not really in sync with each other.

If had my way I'd take the 80% and just stop in the house with my earphones on until we're through this but I doubt I'll get that offer so short of chucking my job, I'm stuck with it.
