To be honest I’m not surprised they are not happy. If the season is played to a conclusion Sunderland season ticket holders get a ‘like it or lump it’ streaming pass for home games - probably worth about half the value of the unused part of their season ticket based on the usual streaming pricing. I’m sure there are some people who due to their personal circumstances would value a refund.
