For me, whoever comes in I would love us to approach games with a winning mentality.
I know there are games where you can't just be gung ho and going all out attacking will get you a hammering but wouldn't it be nice to get a manager in who actually goes into every match talking about our strengths in the media and not worrying about the oppositions.
I saw the press conference with Clotet before today's game and he was talking about when we went up there earlier in the season... Читать дальше...
Monk, Rowett or Tony Blair for me, Tom
Already working his magic....
Great manager in this league.
All he essentially does is get'em organized and motivated. Throws a few teacups around. Berates the officials. Works a treat in the championship. It's like Mike f@cking Bassett.

Should he playing Central midfield every game and being encouraged to drive forward. I said it around the time of Bristol City away that he is similar in style to Steven Gerrard (not even close to that level) but in his box to box play, striking ability and he has goals in him.
Class goals today. He and Crowley should be two key players next year for us in my book along with Bela who was great when he came on.
Birmingham City had to fight back from 2-0 and 3-2 down to earn a share of the points at St Andrew's
Pederson back. The only change.
We could be 4 points off relegation by the end of today. I was never in the we're definitely safe camp. We need points. One year our flirts with relegation will catch up with us.
