It's a real shame about the Warwicks, in existence for 283 years continuous and were eventually amalgamated into the Fusiliers. Battles they were engaged in everything from the Jacobite rebellion, through the battle for New York in 1776 through to Wellingtons time and the Peninsular wars against Boney and the great wars of the 20th century.
Watched the first one last night and looking forward to seeing the end of it tonight.
Makes you count your blessings when you think of some of the barmpots out there and she's certainly one of them!
