I know plenty of us have gone on various diets, many with outstanding results. At the start of 2020, I went on WW with Mrs Marvin. I lost about a stone, and I came off it at the end of March, coinciding with Lockdown etc.... I was Hank Marvin, funnily enough.

Has anyone tried the Keto method? How successful was it? Pro’s or Con’s??
