It has been an unrealistic fantasy signing of many fans for many years.
It still feels a bit surreal that his signing has been made to happen. It is a scope.
Every Championship would gladly take him, many Premier League clubs too. He is not here to be a bit part player like he could have been elsewhere.
He is proper Blue.
He is a far better calibre of player than we have had in the last 8 years.

Love tha bastard, but I love Lee Camp too, and Stan Harland, so that doesn’t count for much. All the hype and reverence has got out of hand. We have loved him because he has a Blues tattoo and likes to wind the Villa up.
Good player at top of championship/bottom of prem level and will improve us…it’s several levels above where we have been, but still, let’s wait and see before canonising tha mother.
I'd be fuming if that happened to me, i sit in the tilton and why should someone in a stand not affected have their seat taken from them because of a club feck up.
