It might be checked at check in (the ferry ops are mandated to do so), but when we went via other ports, French passport control didn’t care (covid? C’est finis).
They are currently hot on how long you have left on passport though, be careful. And it’s date of issue, not date of expiry.

mad
Really strict on no cans, bottles etc... Searches will take place
Lord's the only international venue that bucks this trend where they allow you in with 2 cans/bottle of wine and can be even more lax I've found. This may change though as just recently they announced they're banning alcohol at domestic T20
All a far cry from the 1990's when you could take a sack full of cans into a Lord's final or an esky full of stbbies and ice into the SCG

It looks awful.
Hope that all those involved are OK
Huge explosion at a house in Dulwich Rd Kingstanding. It’s two miles from where I am and I honestly thought it was our roof collapsing. Neighbouring houses have had significant damage- just hope to god there was no one in the house cos there’s nothing left of it.
