My eldest grandson 16, never gonna be an academic, has been accepted at Harrogate for army training. He's determined and I must say I never thought he'd be interested. However he's got his mind set on eventually joining the Royal Fusiliers. A long way to go but I'd be so proud if he gets to the day where he's given the famous hackle. Fair play to him so far.
He's 16 and just finished his school exams and will go to Harrogate in September.

This might be me but I found this really weird.
There was a stabbing in Tamworth in the early hours of Monday morning. Given it's a very safe town when it comes to this kind of thing this was odd to start with. Two blokes walking home down Peeler's Way by the Snowdome.
