Excellent words from Cook and co, excellent read Tatts.
One thing stood out for me, this little quote from Cook...
‘If we fire arrows at ourselves it makes it harder,’ Cook said, for the ‘owners to maintain their enthusiasm and to attract investment’.
It's all some on here (including myself) have been trying to get across. Not denying people a right to criticise, not trying to shut people up, just saying 'think on a bit'.
This could be great, let's not... Читать дальше...
Plymouth are 4/1 at Coventry. Will have a few quid on as I’d have them about 11/4 to win there.
Also like Paddy’s 11/2 on PSG to win, PSG most corners and Newcastle most cards
Psg vs Newcastle.
Should be good this. I hope Newcastle win but I can see mbappe stealing the show.
3-1 to psg.
Cheers for that, definitely an option, anywhere nearer the ground please.
Open House? Ah, closed shop more like. For the select few, the usual suspects after a custard cream and a cup of tea, schmoozed by a PR charm offensive. Happy clappers and these new podcaster/vlogger type thingy 'influencers', innit? Right? Right . . ? Sure there is nothing wrong with a health

it will all hinge on the first weekend - Respect failed in the first weekend when a certain Wayne Rooney gave Graham Poll an absolute earful on live TV and Poll bottled it and didn't send him off which is what the new rules said he shoudl have done. That set the level of what was allowed and what was a great idea failed.

I imagine it will be implemented very badly ????, but I think this is a good thing. It’s better the team offended against gets some advantage in my view than some potential future opponents.
Mrs has just dropped it on me that due to the train strike she will want the car on Saturday to go and watch, wait for it...Donny bastard Osmond.
This means that I will have to come down in my work van, no great value to it and nothing nickable, but I'd prefer it if it didn't get broken into.
Is there a secure parking facility, happy to pay a couple of quid.

Who wouldn't want to go to Blackburn on a freezing night in November with work the next day?
I love midweek away trips. Beats working in the afternoon at the very least.

Where was our chief operating officer last night?
Excellent event. Well done Blues. Every session was well researched and presented. My Personal favourite was the Infrastructure guy - Nick Smith? Really interesting stories about what they’ve done ( and haven't done) and how they’ve done it and some interesting plans for the future.
