Parking fine - Friday night

So after a brilliant night stuffing the Baggies , upon returning to my car I find I’ve got a parking ticket along with a stack of other cars too.
Seems the Birmingham City council that are strapped for cash, are more than willing to pay overtime to their parking attendants considering I parked around 1900, but the time on my ticket was 20:27 ffs !!!
Clearly intentional…wait for kick off and then get to work !!!
I was parked in Warner St which is under the bridge, go directly across Digbeth and then up around 10 or so steep steps….opposite to where Dowding & Mills / Sulzer used to be before it got demolished
Yes I was parked on the pavement along with the other cars ticketed but it’s a pretty rancid cul de sac with crap everywhere so thought I would be ok…clearly not
The thing I’m confused about is the reason on the PCN :

“Parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours”

Anyone else received the same in Warner St and can confirm what the reason/restriction refers to please or if there is any signage ?
The reason doesn’t match the offence in my mind.
I’m 30 miles away so it’s a bit of a journey to go and take a look
