Roush Fenway Racing returns to Long Pond, Penn. for the second time in 2017 as the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) heads to the ever-challenging Pocono Raceway, a track that has seen a Roush Fenway Ford visit victory lane on four separate occasions.
The 2017 AmericanMuscle Car Show is expected to be the largest show to date, with thousands of Mustangs and spectators all converging on Maple Grove Raceway on August 12th(rain date August 19th). Once again,the proceeds from the AmericanMuscle Car Show will be used to benefit Make-A-Wish®, with the goal of surpassing last year’s total of $60,200. Team Penske announced today that Ryan Blaney will join the organization as a full-time driver in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) beginning in 2018 as the team returns to a three-car operation in NASCAR’s premier series. The 23-year-old Blaney, who also signed a multi-year contract extension with the team, will pilot the No. 12 Ford Fusion, beginning with the annual non-points “Clash” event at Daytona International Speedway in February.

Richard Childress Racing at Pocono Raceway ... In 154 starts at Pocono Raceway, RCR team owner Richard Childress has two wins, both with Dale Earnhardt, who won on July 19, 1987 and July 18, 1993. Additionally, RCR has earned one pole award, 16 top-five and 54 top-10 finishes with 608 laps led at the uniquely-shaped three-turn track. Childress, a former driver in NASCAR's top division, contributed two of those top-10 finishes under the RCR banner.
