Airbnb is launching its own branded apartments in Florida in partnership with real estate developer Newgard Development Group, reports The Financial Times. The apartments will be called "Niido powered by Airbnb," and the 300-unit building in Kissimmee will be built and owned by Newgard. It's due to open in 2018, and will feature keyless entry and secure storage options for when tenants are going away and want to rent out their place. For the third time in the past year, there’s an absolute steal of a sale running on Sennheiser’s HD 650 headphones. The sale is happening at Massdrop, which has an ever-so-slightly tweaked and rebranded version of the headphones called the HD 6XX on sale today for $199.

Kwon Oh-hyun, Samsung Electronics’ CEO, vice chairman, and the head of its hugely successful components business, has announced his resignation. He will step down from the CEO role, as well as his positions on the board and as CEO of Samsung Display, in March 2018.

Samsung Electronics’ earnings guidance for the third quarter of 2017 is out, and it’s looking like another record for the Korean giant. The company expects to have made around 14.5 trillion won (~$12.8 billion) in operating profit off 62 trillion won (~$54.7 billion) in revenue; last quarter it made 14.1 trillion won, its highest ever quarterly figure.
