Aaron Gordon on Nikola Jokic in Serbia: 'He's like the president, the mayor, the governor, the senator'
According to Gordon, Jokic’s influence in Serbia exceeds basketball stardom. “He’s like the president, the mayor, the governor, the senator, whatever you want to call it out there, man. He’s him,” Gordon stressed. “Sombor it’s cool. It makes so much sense why he’s so successful. His values line up with winning,” the 28-year-old continued. “Every single day, he works on his body; every single day, he eats right, and every single day, he spends time with his family. He’s just peaceful, calm, takes time to say ‘Hi’ to all the people. He’s just a good dude through and through. It only makes sense that like a good dude is winning.
