I went to a Franky and bennies once for someone's bday. Ordered a chicken meal, literally it was like an Iceland kids meal. A processed chicken pieces ( can't call it a breast ) which was dry as a fecking nuns chuff, some potato cubes and some spinach akin to wet gutter moss.

£13.95 mugged.

I've also had 8 and 12oz steaks at restaurants for 15 16 quid and it's been a small piece.

When I order 16oz steak from my butchers and a 8oz for the... Читать дальше...

Central Midfield.

We have Kief - ridiculously limited, is scrappy and can get at the ball but is not comfortable on the ball and runs around like a bit of a headless chicken and gives away a lot of fouls by going for ankles rather than the ball.

We have Davis - ridiculously limited, he is passionate and runs around a lot and puts in effort but he struggles to pass, he puts more pressure on himself the longer he holds onto the ball, his decision making is poor, he makes a lot... Читать дальше...

Player Of The Season (13 replies)

Who would you say has been the best player for Blues so far this season? I appreciate whoever it is will be the best of a bad bunch.
For me it has to be Jonathan Grounds, he doesn't catch the eye, but he's been the only player this season to find any sort of consistency.

Food portions

Been discussing the difference between UK and US restaurant portions.

Nobody denies there's a difference (US portions are bigger apart from nouveau cuisine nonsense that we also have here, and of course there are places that are generous in this country) but do the residents of SHA believe that the American portions are too big or that ours are too stingy?

I for one believe that we are absolutely fleeced in this country when it comes to portions especially if you measure it against cost. Читать дальше...

Would that be you finished with football? It has every chance of becoming a reality.

I'm currently in such a numb, despondent state that I don't think I'd feel anything. It would feel fine.

Been supporting Blues for 19 years, despite the nightmare of Zola last season this is the first time I actually believe we will go down to the 3rd division.
My question to those who have seen Blues play in this tier (The majority of you on here I feel ;)) is what is it like? What effect will it have on our already disheartened fans? Will we have decent gates if we are pushing for promotion? Could it ruin the club?
Mainly is it all as bad as it seems?
