My annual Christmas plea for advice is back again, you haven’t failed me yet! Whisky is about the only thing I don’t drink so I’m literally clueless.
Following on with tradition I’d like tips on a decent bottle for the old man to drink on Christmas Day.
I don’t think he’s keen on the overly smoky / peaty ones.
Budget is flexible but go for around £100. Anything under or over would be considered.

Make sure boiler fsu is switched off. If everything has been unplugged switched off sounds like wiring problem. Usual suspects are anything in kitchen. Was you using anything when it went off.

My electrics have recently gone out, I've called the landlord but they're quite slow so I thought I'd ask on here.
My circuitboard tripped out, flipped the switch back up, came straight back down. After some fiddling I can leave every one on apart from the one labelled "sockets".
I've gone round and unplugged everything, even put new fuses in the ones that were wired in like the boiler timer and the cooker etc, and it's still tripping out.
